Auburn Veterinary Hospital

I took a semi feral cat to Dr. Mary Smith earlier this week for her to get tested for leukemia and AIDS, vaccines, microchip, and spay. The whole experience was very easy and efficient. The staff were very nice and professional. Dr. Mary Smith handled the cat very well. The incision and recovery exceeded my expectations. The cat was 100% back to normal within 12 hours of her surgery. I am very satisfied with my experience and I recommend this hospital.

Amazing hospital. Dr. Barnes is the best vet I have ever been to. Every time ai call about my pets—she knows them by name and is always helpful in giving advice even over the phone without an appointment. She is thorough, caring, very wise, and skilled. I enjoy her staff care as well. I met her son briefly and he seems like he is following in her footsteps! 🙂 so sad I am moving because I will probably never find anyone as good as her.

Dr. Mary & The Entire Team of Pro’s at Auburn Vet Hospital are amazing, they go above & beyond helping all of our animals, I wanted to personally thank Dr. Mary for seeing my sweet Luna puppy this evening, huge emergency and she said to bring her there & is staying late to help my dog with a life threatened situation.

Wonderful place with wonderful people. Some vets are scared of cats and assume they are all hateful. Even after I told the tech about his last vet calling him “mouthy” for hissing because they never took him out of the carrier and just held him down and gave him a shot, she still let him roam the room. My cat even cuddled up against the doctor and the technician. I’ve never seen a better display of compassion and patience from a vet. Great place with great people who care.

Grateful to find a cat friendly vet. I took my two 1 year old Persian cats today and had an excellent experience. I’m very pleased with Dr. Nicole Barnes and will definitely return with my other 2 Persian cats in the fall.

Most amazing vets! Our 15 year old was sick and they were so thorough! Given personal email to let them know how she is doing in the new meds. No where else we will trust our pups but Auburn Veterinary Hospital!

Dr. McElroy and staff are amazing! They took care of two of my kitties when they were having issues, go to the bottom of one of my cats life long issue and setup a workable treatment plan for both! I’m sad I’m moving away after finding them. I thought prices were reasonable compared to other vets I have been to in the past! Thank you so much!

Dr. Smith and Dr. Bowler are the best! They have a great staff as well. Perfect place to bring your pets.

4 years later and I still drive by two other vet hospitals while on my way. Dr. Smith is absolutely awesome!!
